Keto Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

  • 1 (3-pound) corned beef brisket
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 medium stalks celery (sliced)
  • 1 large carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 small yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 medium head green cabbage (quartered)
  • salt and pepper
  1. Place the corned beef in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with the seasonings then pour in the water.
  3. Add the celery, carrot, and onion then cover the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours or on high heat for 4 hours.
  5. Add the cabbage during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove the corned beef to a cutting board and slice against the grain.
  7. Use a slotted spoon to remove the vegetables into a serving dish.
  8. Serve the corned beef with the vegetables on the side.
